Mr. Sivarajan started his practice under the guidance of Hon’ble Justice Pradeep Nandrajog (former Chief Justice of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay). Thereafter, Mr. Sivarajan worked at the Chambers of Mr. Vivek K. Tankha, Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament, before founding the firm. Mr. Sivarajan also enjoys the distinction of being the first law clerk in the history of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court to be commended by name for his efforts in assisting a sitting Judge in authoring a landmark judgement on de minimis in copyright law.
As a joint head of the litigation team, Mr. Sivarajan adds value to each and every matter and is known for simplifying complex legal problems and formulating and executing practical and effective solutions. His efforts have been appreciated by all the clients and are instrumental in ensuring the extremely high client retention that the firm enjoys today.
Mr. Sivarajan is known for his sharp drafting skills which has resulted in many matters being conveniently and easily presented, thereby resulting in favourable orders from courts. His eloquent oratory skills have also been appreciated both by judges as well as colleagues and peers at the Bar. Mr. Sivarajan has argued extensively before all major judicial and quasi- judicial fora throughout the country. Mr. Sivarajan has more than 55 reported judgments to his credit.
His research work has also been published in International Law Journals. Mr. Sivarajan actively promotes young lawyers and law students and can often be seen mentoring and guiding them. Mr. Sivarajan has done many high-profile matters and received widespread media attention and coverage for the same.
Mr. Sharma was extremely fortunate to have a godfather in Mr. Ram Jethmalani, a doyen of the Indian legal profession, who taught him the basics of law. Thereafter, Mr. Sharma worked at the Chambers of Mr. Vivek K. Tankha, Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament, before founding the firm.
Mr. Sharma is multi-dimensional, and before entering the legal practice, he also worked closely with the “Make In India” Programme for both New Delhi and Kerala

Mr. Kumanan started his practice under the guidance and auspices of Hon’ble Justice P. Sathashivam, (former Chief Justice of India). Thereafter, Mr. Kumanan worked at the Chambers of Mr. Vivek K. Tankha, Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament.
Since leaving the Chambers of Mr. Vivek K. Tankha, Mr. Kumanan qualified as an AOR, and was having a leading practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and quasi-judicial fora, having a strong and visible presence in the State of Tamil Nadu, before founding the Firm.
Mr. Kumanan is a power centre in the State of Tamil Nadu, and presently enjoys the rare distinction of being one of only two standing counsels for the State of Tamil Nadu in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He is currently single handedly representing 22 departments of the State before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and was part of the much celebrated recent decision wherein a Constitution Bench upheld the jallikattu sport, which was being practised for many centuries.
Mr. Kumanan’s forte has been on constitutional, civil and criminal matters as well as matters related to government accountability. He has more than 15 reported judgments to his credit.
Mr. Kumanan enjoys a respected standing in the profession and is one of the leading members of the bar.
